KoenpackDirect will be more than happy to arrange this for you by simply submitting your request to DIRECT@ koenpackUSA.com. We pay for ground UPS service, any other type of service or vendor will be the customer's financial responsibility.
How to determine how many to order (packs)
Although we sell in minimum quantities, we still sell most of our products in packs of 10, 24, 50, etc. When you enter 1 of one item in the shopping cart, you are actually selecting one pack of whatever the amount listed is. For example, all of our sleeves are sold in packs of 50. If you enter 2 in the shopping cart for an specific sleeve, you are actually buying 100 sleeves (2 packs of 50).
What is your minimum order?
Our Minimum Order is $100.00 but this includes FREE UPS Ground shipping within the continental United States.
Which credit cards are accepted?
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.
What if the item is out of stock?
On rare ocassions after you place an order an item may be out of stock. This happens if inventory was low when you began to shop and customers before you in checkout purchased it first, or if the item is a best seller and demand for it quickly exceeds inventory. If this happens, we will contact you via phone or email to resolve the issue. As soon as the item is back in stock, we will send you a reminder if you wish to order it.
Is my information protected?
Protecting your order information is very important to us. Koenpack Direct uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL digitally encrypts your order and is the industry standard. Koenpack Direct does not rent or sell information received from web orders. For more information see our Security and Privacy statement.
What happens after I place an order?
When your order is placed on the web site, you will see a "Thank you" page, which will have an online order ID number on it. This is the confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. Your order is sent over a secure connection to KOENPACKDIRECT.COM. You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order has been received by KOENPACKDIRECT.COM. If there are any problems with your order, one of our customer service associates will contact you by phone or email.
What if I don't receive an order confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation message via e-mail shortly after Koenpack Direct receives your order. If you do not receive this message within four hours of placing your order, there might be a delay on the Web due to traffic. If this happens. please feel free to contact us via email at direct@koenpackusa.com to ensure that your order is being processed.
Can I change the delivery address?
We will be happy to change the delivery address as long as your order has not been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered. To request a change to your order's delivery address, please send the new address information via email to direct@koenpackusa.com
When will my order arrive?
Our product is delivered UPS Ground, so after processing it would take between 3 to 7 business days. As soon as the order is picked up we will send you a shipping confirmation.
