KoenpackDirect Store Policy

STORE POLICY: These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the KoenpackDirect Store. By placing an order through the KoenpackDirect Store, you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by these Terms, in addition to the site terms . If you are unwilling to be bound by these Terms and the KoenpackDirect.com Site Terms, you may not use the KoenpackDirect Store. These Terms apply only to orders you place using the KoenpackDirect Store.

Order Validation and Acceptance
KoenpackDirect's minimum total order is $30. When you place an order through the KoenpackDirect Store, we may verify your method of payment, shipping address and/or tax exempt identification number, if any, before processing your order. Your placement of an order via the KoenpackDirect Store is an offer to purchase our products or services. KoenpackDirect may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the product or documentation of service, or may, for any reason, decline to accept your order or any part of your order. No order shall be considered to be accepted by KoenpackDirect until the product has been shipped. If we decline to accept your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have provided with your order.

Quantity Limitations
KoenpackDirect may limit or cancel quantities available for purchase on any order on any basis, and to alter the availability or duration of any special offers at any time. KoenpackDirect may reject any order, or any part of an order. KoenpackDirect may limit or prohibit sales to anyone as deemed necessary.

Electronic Communication
When you place an order through the KoenpackDirect Store, you are required to provide a valid e-mail address, which we may use to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, advise you regarding shipment of backordered products, and to provide you with any other notices, disclosures or other communications relating to your order. You agree that KoenpackDirect will not be responsible for any damage you incur, or information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid e-mail address.

Product Display/Colors
KoenpackDirect attempts to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Site. However because the colors you see will depend on many factors, including your monitor or printer, KoenpackDirect cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color.

Pricing and Product Information
KoenpackDirect makes every effort to provide current and accurate information relating to KoenpackDirect's products, services, and prices, but does not guarantee the currency or accuracy of any such information. Information relating to KoenpackDirect¿s products and services is subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to KoenpackDirect's acceptance of your order. In the event we discover a material error in the description or availability of a product or service that affects your outstanding order with KoenpackDirect, or an error in pricing, we will notify you of the corrected version, and you may choose to accept the corrected version, or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order, and your credit card has already been charged for a purchase, KoenpackDirect will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
Prices that appear on the site are KoenpackDirect Store prices unless otherwise indicated. KoenpackDirect Store prices are not intended to represent the price of KoenpackUSA products.

Security and Privacy
The KoenpackDirect Store follows the industry standard, Secure Sockets Layer protocol, "SSL," for the transfer of data over the internet.When placing an order online, a "key-lock" icon will appear in the bottom right of your browser window. This icon is your confirmation that SSL has been activated for the transfer of your personal information. A second indication of SSL activation is that the displayed URL will begin with "https".

Payment and Shipment
You may pay for your order with one of the following major credit cards: Visa®, MasterCard®, and American Express® cards. Orders placed before 3 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, will generally be processed, billed, and shipped that day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, or on weekends, will generally be processed and billed that day, and will generally be shipped the following business day, however, during KoenpackDirect's busy season, this process may be delayed more than usual.
In most cases, your credit card will not be charged if KoenpackDirect declines to accept your order. If your card has been charged, KoenpackDirect will process a refund.
In the event your shipment will be delayed more than thirty (30) days after the date of your order, KoenpackDirect will attempt to notify you by e-mail, using the e-mail address you provided, and you may elect to cancel the order. If you elect to cancel the order, KoenpackDirect will issue a refund.

Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling charges are waived (ground service) when your order is more than $100 and the shipment location is within the Continental USA. Generally, all orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes.
Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays. KoenpackDirect may agree after communication with the customer to ship express. In such case, the customer will be fully responsible for the shipping charges.

Return and Warranties
All sales are final. In the event of any damage, shortage or other problems with your order must be reported to KoenpackDirect at direct@koenpackusa.com within 7 days of receipt of merchandise provided that the product is unused and repackaged in its original packaging materials. Please check your order accordingly so that any problems can be dealt with immediately.
No credits will be accepted without proper authorization. No returns will be accepted unless first approved by KoenpackDirect.

Sales Tax
KoenpackDirect collects and remits sales taxes as required by law on purchases made via the Site. If you have tax-exempt status, you must provide a valid tax exemption number (through email, direct@koenpackusa.com or fax (305) 513-3376) evidencing your status at the time of purchase. KoenpackDirect will not refund tax amounts collected in the event a valid number is not provided. If you provide a number that is not accepted for any reason by any governmental or regulatory authority, and KoenpackDirect is required to pay tax on your purchase, you will reimburse KoenpackDirect for the amount of such tax, and KoenpackDirect¿s reasonable expenses incurred in connection with the payment and collection of such tax.
